Our preferred shipping method for consoles is UPS ground but at VideoGame Buster’s discretion additional carriers may be utilized. Orders ship within 1-3 business days after cleared payment. Delivery time does not include weekends and holidays.

Insurance protects your order against loss or damage during shipment.

• We strongly recommend that you insure your purchase. VideoGame Buster can not be responsible for loss or damage during shipping.
• Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier excluding weekends and holidays and may vary with package origin and destination especially during peak periods.
• If the shipping company attempts to deliver the package and you refuse or are not there to receive it, the package will be sent back to us. At that time, you will be refunded your money less the shipping fees both ways.
