Where is my order?

• Please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order.
• Please note that business days are Monday-Friday.
• Orders placed on Friday will take an additional 2 more days to process since we are closed on the weekends.
• Once the order is shipped, you will be notified by e-mail.

Are your products new?

• Yes, all our products are new unless specified.
• Any products that are not new will be noted as used or reconditioned.

 

What shipping carrier do you use?

• We are currently using two shipping carriers USPS and UPS.

• We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

 

Do you charge sales tax?

• We only charge sales tax to those packages that are billed or shipped in New York State.

• Yes, our website has Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology (the same technology that banks use) to keep your information secure.

 

Does VideoGame Buster sell or release my personal information?

• Absolutely not.
• Video Game Buster respects your privacy and under no circumstances will we release your information to any person or company.

 

Can I pickup my order at your store?

• Unfortunately, pick-ups are not available
