Where is my order?
- Please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order.
- Please note that business days are Monday-Friday.
- Orders placed on Friday will take an additional 2 more days to process since we are closed on the weekends.
- Once the order is shipped, you will be notified by e-mail.
Are your products new?
- Yes, all our products are new unless specified.
- Any products that are not new will be noted as used or reconditioned.
What shipping carrier do you use?
- We are currently using two shipping carriers USPS and UPS.
What are my payment options?
- We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
Do you charge sales tax?
- We only charge sales tax to those packages that are billed or shipped in New York State.
Is it safe to enter my credit card information on your site?
- Yes, our website has Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology (the same technology that banks use) to keep your information secure.
Does VideoGame Buster sell or release my personal information?
- Absolutely not.
- Video Game Buster respects your privacy and under no circumstances will we release your information to any person or company.
Can I pickup my order at your store?
- Unfortunately, pick-ups are not available
