We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which provides strong cryptography, to transfer all of the personal information to us. Financial and login information (password) are encrypted and stored in that form on our servers.
STORE POLICY
Product returns must be in the original packaging and include any manuals, cables, and accessories in saleable condition. We reserve the right to limit returns to unopened or defective products. VideoGame Buster is not responsible for warranty of any item. All warranty information is from the manufacturer and should be addressed to the manufacturer if there is a problem. Used items are in “as is" condition and carry no express or implied warranty but may be replaced with a like item upon return and at the discretion of VideoGame Buster. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee within 7 days. There will be no refunds after 7 days.
We do not accept returns:
- MORE THAN 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE ON THE PACKING SLIP.
- ANY PRODUCT THAT HAS BEEN OPENED (TAKEN OUT OF THE PRODUCT'S PLASTIC CASING) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN.
- ANY PRODUCT NOT IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION.
- ANY PRODUCT THAT IS DAMAGED, PLAYED, OR IS MISSING PARTS.
- ANY PRODUCT THAT WAS SOLD AS PART OF A BUNDLE, UNLESS THE BUNDLE IS RETURNED COMPLETE.
Handling costs are not refundable. If the reason for the return is due to our error, please contact us.
Should you return an order that was placed using a promotional code or discount offer,
you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional code or discount offer as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.
Pick-Ups are not available.
We respond to e-mails within 24 hours. Please make sure your SPAM control is OFF.
Rude and vulgar language will not be tolerated and we will not respond to those e-mails.
